PDX MEDIA wants you to know THEY are the Kingmakers & Forget any GRASSROOTS Candidates?
Sharia Mayfield, running for Multnomah County Chair, is another Grassroots candidate Portland media wants to throw a veil over and pretend Mayfield is not running for office.
PDX media’s last shunning event was with governor candidate Marc Thielman, to stop the citizens of Oregon from being able to listen to Thielman, and to decide for themselves who they want to cast their vote for in the May 17th primary election.
When citizens, the voting public, rose up against that wrong, KATU cancelled all governor debates for the primary.
Then along comes Sharia Mayfield whose father is Brandon Mayfield, an attorney, who was forced to run through the now well-known pattern gauntlet of the FBI, that time in 2004 related to an attack on a train in Spain, where Spain even told the FBI that Sharia’s dad was NOT a suspect. Sharia's dad was not even in Spain at that time.
The most recent FBI debacle was with the Bundy Family in 2016, a trial that Truth in the Pacific Northwest future editor sat in on for five weeks to witness the incompetency of both the federal prosecutors and the FBI, not to mention the Portland corporate media reporters friendly with judges and prosecutors.
Mark Sussman is the husband of Oregon’s attorney general. Is
there some pillow talk perhaps the Willamette Week and the Attorney General
need to disclose to the citizens of Oregon? Are there any public records housed at their home?
With Kate Brown’s two year lock down of Oregon, those not
afraid continued to meet in person and self-educated. Citizens have had it with
both major parties, both who also act like private clubs where a few of the "leaders" or those who think they are the "leaders" decide who will get to
win in their primaries. Oregonians feel the same way about the media.
The PDX media obeyed Kate Brown and shutdown hiding out in their bedrooms while the future editor of Truth in the Pacific Northwest went out and photo documented daily for the first three weeks starting in March 2020, photos that showed no emergency was going on at Emergency Rooms, Urgent Care clinics, MASH Tents and test sites in the Portland/Vancouver Metro area.
Not seeing the media out there, visits were made to all the major PDX media companies to find them locked, and nobody home except for a few places with one person coming to the locked doors. KATU reporter said over the fence, “We’re not allowed to leave the station.”
Some of those reporters when they were finally released to leave their stations (or bedrooms) to go out and read scripts like at Delta Park. Citizens could see their built up frustrations about not being real reporters, not allowed to be out and about reporters, finding and getting the stories. Reporters have been reduced to script readers. KOIN newsroom advised they can only put on the local news what is "...approved by national." Citizens may need to do a call-to-action to release the reporters from their bondage and slavery.
Mayfield is no fly by night candidate. That she’s the daughter of Brandon Mayfield she knows what it is like to be attacked by the FBI. As well Mayfield is an accomplished attorney. Her videos show a direct, honest, forthright Oregonian.
Current Multnomah County Chair, Deborah Kafoury, while others were supporting the Wapato Facility being turned into a trauma treatment center, Bybee Lakes Hope Center, for the homeless including families with children, Kafoury, instead of supporting a group of successful professionals in the homeless addiction field, Kafoury oversaw buying a vacant building in downtown Portland for $5-6 million dollars that is still now vacant.
Mayfield’s intent is to address the underlying problems. Are there some “leaders” in Portland who for some reason do not want to address the underlying problems of homelessness in Multnomah County to such a degree that a well-qualified candidate such as Mayfield got shunned by The Willamette Week?
All the major institutions from the Salem legislature to the government agencies, to the media, to the hospitals, to the public schools, to the churches have shown themselves for the last two years to be the most incompetent and uncaring entities which has shown to the world Portland is in a collapsing conundrum, where this election a few candidates have stepped forward to stop that collapse…but if you’re grassroots this is what media will attempt to do?
