KATE VIOLATED EMERGENCY LAW ORS 401.165(5):
Kate & OHA Patrick "NOT A DOCTOR" Allen have folks mucking around in the weeds about mandates & injections. They are nothing burger fantasies of Kate's crumbling cabal. Quit giving them attention, quit helping them with their fantasy of having power. They don't. OSHA Michael Wood left in October 2021. Patrick Allen is in the hospital. Leaping Lesbian Tina Kotek left last week.
There is nothing from the Creator, nothing in the US Constitution, the Oregon Constitution and the Oregon Emergency Law that ever gave Kate, Michael, Patrick and Tina any power over Oregonians.
Kate's been flipping her "emergency" edicts on and off like a light switch. The knowledgeable and courageous have simply ignored Kate's obsessive flipping of her emergency switch.

A phony emergency where not one child died in Portland, Oregon. A phony emergency where not one homeless died in Kate Brown's "...presumptive..." emergency in over two years.
SEPTEMBER 29TH APPEALS COURT: “NON-MANDATORY RECOMMENDATIONS”
September 29, 2021, Kate’s AAG told the Oregon State Appeals Court that the court had no authority to review any of Kate Brown's executive orders. The court disagreed.
Notice what the court wrote: “Without more, there are many reasons to question whether this guidance is, itself, an executive order…”.
The court wrote: “And contrary to the OHA’s suggestion that the guidance is not a rule but, instead, part of an otherwise unreviewable executive order, there is nothing on the face of the guidance or in the record supplied to us by the OHA (which contains only the guidance itself) that would permit the conclusion that it is itself an unreviewable executive order of the Governor.”
The court wrote “…the current OHA guidance, issued on August 27, 2021, is limited to supplementing the rules with the OHA’s additional, nonmandatory recommendations…”
Get out of the rule making weeds of OAR, experts in the rule making process advise, they have no power.
No ORS emergency then, of course, no OAR rule making process.
It's always been smoke and mirrors with OHA since the 2012 light bulb idea of some failed unelected actors in Oregon state government that year where someone thought they had a bright idea,
"Hey, let's make this unelected bureaucracy agency to muck around into the health of Oregonians. We don't even need doctors to create it! We'll just call it the Oregon Health Authority, and people will believe. and obey our new agency, and the taxpayer won't blink about the $29 BILLION we will get every year!"
Thus, Oregon took off for the Twilight Zone.
Now boarding for those who see how simple it is to get out of the Twilight Zone and end the rule of the crazies who inhabit the Ghost Halls of the Salem, Oregon legislature.
Kate, Michael, Patrick, Tina and Peter cannot take away that which was endowed to Oregonians by our Creator.
