Chickens continue to come home to roost as Governor Tina Kotek is the Oregon State Superintendent for all Oregon Public Schools, thus, Kotek is exposed, with Kotek saying in a 2013 email that flirting with as well as making sexual suggestive overtures to students was OK, and not abuse. Thus, grooming of children was instituted in the Oregon public schools by at least 2010. The teacher unions are big supporters of Tina Kotek.

The Oregonian who blocks many on X reported on Oregon Governor Tina Kotek's latest bad decision making. Will Kotek be waving good bye in the near future to her governorship?

Aimee Wilson, First Spouse, is a 2017 Portland State University MSW social worker. The governor's office hasn't released Wilson's resume. As Kotek's pillow talk advisor for years, it brings up the question of what, how, and how often did Aimee Wilson educate Kotek on the sexual abuses of students in the Portland Public School District? Tina Kotek's recent press release on Aimee reads in part: First Lady Aimee Kotek Wilson has been by my side for 20 years. The First Lady and I share a profound commitment to standing up for the most vulnerable among us, fighting for a more just world, and making sure we leave this world better than we found it..."

The Governor is the Superintendent for all Public Schools in Oregon. A recent lawsuit alleging gang rape of a 3rd grader at Scott Elementary in the 2021-2022 school year brings into focus, yet again, Kotek's disregard, disconnection towards children sexually violated in the public schools. Kotek refused in 2022 at a candidates' forum to answer Truth in the Pacific Northwest's question whether Tina had yet addressed the sexual violations done to children in the public schools, and how they are hidden. The future governor's response was, "Oh, hi Margo" and walked away then a few minutes later Kotek left the event.

As Superintendent of all public schools in Oregon was Kotek not briefed on what happened to the 3rd grader and/or other students sexually assaulted? The 2010 training of school personnel was given to Tina when she was District #44 state representative, that not only told personnel including teachers that sexual conduct may not constitute child abuse, although it might be equally as traumatizing; any such witnessing was to be reported to HR Legal Counsel and in CAPITOL LETTERS in the color RED, school personnel were directed to: "UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE YOU TO CONTACT THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN".

In a 2013 email from then Speaker of the House, Tina Kotek, now the Superintendent of all Oregon public schools made it known teachers flirting with or making sexual suggestive overtures to students was OK. Grooming of students was OK.

On April 25, 2024, eleven years later, the Portland Public School District responded to a public records request, the PPS had not been keeping track of sexual assaults to students. PPS has no written reports regarding sexual assaults done to children. Not to the PPS superintendent, not to top PPS administrators and not to PPS attorneys, and not to the Portland Police.

Secretary of Oregon, Dennis Richardson, elected to office in 2016, on his finished audit in 2019, his report highlighted concerns regarding PPS not addressing sexual violations to children, that such incidents were not being addressed. PPS' current lengthy confusing policy feels like being gaslit on this topic, but is aligned with Kotek's 2013 email on the topic. In the eleven years since Kotek wrote grooming was OK...to gang rape report...this will be the enduring Legacy of the Tina Kotek administration?

A public records request was made to the Portland Public School District to see their policy PPS on how school personnel are trained on such events as gang rapes, as well as reports on such incidents and the number of times in the last ten years student on student sexual assaults happened. PPS responded the District had no such reports:

"While we record this information in a database, there are no existing reports that I can provide copies of. Additionally, our system only began separating "sexual assault" from "assault" this school year, so for previous years we would need to manually review incident records from student files. Staff estimates it would take anywhere from multiple hours to dozens of hours to build a report, depending on which data points we include and what date range it covers."

Governor Tina Kotek, the Oregon Superintendent over all Oregon public schools including the Portland Public School District had no interest nor caring about sexual assaults on students? How'd that happen? TPNW ask almost a year ago if Shemia Fagan was the Canary in the Coal mine, and who all might eventually go?

And finally where were the Oregon state attorneys, assistant attorneys general, and the PPS attorneys in these last eleven years?

The only locked door in the Salem, Oregon legislative Capitol building is the one where an estimated 50 attorneys work. Ones shrouded in mystery...like ghosts...operating in secrecy along with lobbyists who are permitted in this office. There was a time that such attorneys were public servants and whose written records were public records that were released to the public.

These attorneys write bills like HB 2002 that gave immunity to Mengele/Gosnell horror type doctors, a bill now law which invites convicted felons from other states to apply for such jobs as killing full term babies and mutilating, and amputating the sex organs off children and youth. Filling their bodies with experimental drugs. If Dr. Kermit Gosnell were to get out of prison, he'd be eligible to apply.

Are any of Oregon's current elected and unelected public servants educated at all on the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Oregon Constitution?
