Oregon Legislative Democrats and their Legislative Legal Counsel have gone so far beyond the Pale so far around the bend, more and more Oregonians feel like they are watching some kind of Horror Film in real life or they traveled back in time and are living in 1940s Germany. 
Crimes can be committed that cannot then even be investigated if HB 2002 passes.
Section 1:Prohibits public body from participating in interstate investigation or proceeding involving reproductive health care and gender-affirming treatment.
The biggest horror is their attempt with HB 2002 to give Dr. Josef Mengele type doctors full immunity to cut and slash away on the genitals of children and youth with never any consequences. The sponsors of this legislation want to give immunity to the doctors up on Pill Hill at OHSU (Oregon Health Science University) no matter if a doctor were to create harm to a child, mutilate them for life and when older like Chole Coe who is suing her doctor now...our Democrat legislators continue on with what some can only characterize as Nazi type experiments that Dr. Josef Mengele did to children in concentration camps in Germany in the 1940s.
Section 2: Creates crime of interfering with a health care facility. Punishes by maximum of 364 days’ imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Creates right of action for person or health care provider aggrieved by interference with health care facility.
Section 3 of the Bill translates to allowing doctors or anyone to dismember...to kill a fully developed alive baby. Oregon Constitution Article IV Section 21 requires bills and laws to be written in plain English. The real language is the bill allows a full term baby to be killed like Dr. Kermit Gosnell did in Philadelphia for decades and he is now in prison for life as America's biggest serial killer. That is all section 3 is saying.
SECTION 3. Every individual has a fundamental right to make decisions about the
individual’s reproductive health, including the right to make
decisions about the individual’s reproductive health care, to use or
refuse contraception, to continue the individual’s pregnancy and give birth or
to terminate the individual’s pregnancy.
And if any government employee or police, or sheriff or any officer of the law were to have a conscience or become a whistle blower or report a mutilation of a child or a messed up surgery, well, the Democrat legislators and their legal counsel added this section:
SECTION 4.(1) Any person may bring an action against a public body, or an officer, employee or agent of a public body, for injunctive relief to enforce the requirements of sections 2 to 4 of this 2023 Act.
Regular Democrat citizens of Oregon those who are not legislators do not go along with this bill either. Democrat legislators like Senator Lew Frederick and Representative Travis Nelson will not talk to their constituents who vehemently disagree with this atrocious bill.
The state senators who walked out are the only ones fighting for the lives of children who's lives hang in the balance and may be destroyed in the future if this 1940s type German bill passes into law.
Chole who is suing her doctor right now said,
"I want to hold the adults that put me in harms way accountable because what happened to me is horrible," she claimed. "But it also didn’t only happen to me. That’s the worst part."
"It’s happening to children all over the U.S., all over the West, and it’s spreading all over the world," Cole continued.
"As a result of the grossly negligent treatment that you performed, Chloe has permanent irreversible mutilation and damage to her body, particularly the female characteristics of her body," reads the notice of intent to sue that was sent to the defendants. May 17, 2023
