Oregonians to the Legislature: Get the DMV out of the Voter Registration Business! Voter turnout is only 13% as of May 15th the day before Election Day...How many Oregonians didn't get a ballot or found out they were put on the inactive list? Email Truthinthepnw@gmail. com if you didn't get your ballot, include any details as to what happened to you? How much voter disenfranchisement has gone on?

Upon not receiving her ballot the editor of Truth in the Pacific Northwest was told by Multnomah County Elections she was on the inactive list. Elections wanted to know if the editor remembered her telephone number from 15 years ago as well as her address from long ago. When pushed Elections drove out to her home and delivered her ballot.

DMV did not put her mailing address on her renewed driver's license. Regardless Elections has the mailing address. The resident address is the same. The director claimed it was sent to the residence address but returned, but that office if they get a stray mail for the editor, holds it at the office and calls the editor that mail had arrived there and especially would have done that for a ballot.

The director was asked why he did not use the text messaging feature to notify the editor of the DMV information so it could have been corrected.  Clearly, the DMV told them the editor still lived at the same residence.  As well the editor has been a poll watcher at Multnomah County Elections, is well know to that agency.

As well voters have complained about DMV for years.  Why the immediate belief and actions based on the DMV and not Election's database? Everyone knows DMV messes up.

The elections people driving out the editor's ballot was also driving out to deliver other ballots in person. How many did this happened to?

Disenfranchisement of the voter continues in Oregon. The unelected government agencies continue to collapse.

Citizens should not have to constantly be logging into the Secretary of State's website to see whether or not they have been knocked off the voting rolls.

The Voter Registration form now says if you provide false information you can be fined $125,000.00. What's the penalty on the government for disenfranchising voters?

How many voters not getting a ballot or were designated inactive who don't know to call and fight for their rights?  Let Truth in the Pacific Northwest know at TruthinthePNW@gmail. com
