Oregon Governor Kate Brown's Reign will live in Infamy for what she did to Oregonians. Out of Kate's 2 1/2 year Debacle Oregonians found the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Oregon Constitution, and THAT "Contract" says the government is NOT to take away the Rights given to us by the Creator. A lesson Portland media needs to learn as well.

 

 

Why didn't the Oregon media companies report on September 29, 2021 the Appeals Court said all Kate's rules, requirements, mandates, etc were merely recommendations?

Why didn't Portland media report on March 9, 2020 that Kate's March 8, 2020 Emergency Declaration was illegal that she violated the emergency law ORS 401.165(1)(2)(5). No county asked her to do that. Kate never said where the "...14 presumptive cases..." of COVID-19 were? 

Then there were the failed unelected state government agencies that wholesale went to town to abuse Oregonians. On average if people believe OHA (Oregon Health Authority) on a yearly average only 1500 people died of COVID, 1500 out of a population of 4.2 MILLION. Some funeral home directors said only 50% of those 1500 were really COVID. Then only 750 out of 4.2 million died. Neither number is an "emergency".
It did not matter if President Trump declared an "national" emergency anymore than if the WHO declared a "global" emergency. We are the United States, each state has state's Rights. Trump could not send the National Guard to stop Kate Brown and Tina Kotek from destroying downtown Portland exactly for that reason. Oregon has state's Rights.

Shemia Fagan, Secretary of State, needs to know Oregonians are watching how the November Elections will be handled.

 

 

 

 

More and more Oregonians are self-educating, and more and more are homeschooling, having gotten their children out of the NEA compulsory government public school indoctrination system, and more will do so. The tide has turned.
