Stephen Joncus, attorney for the Tim Sippel trial in Washington County, where Secretary of State Shemia Fagan intervened to stop a public records request; Joncus followed up recently with his "Black Box Disenfranchisement" lawsuit. In Shemia's filing in the Sippel case, to that court, Shemia admitted Vendor Voting Machines are vulnerable to attack by bad actors.

Many across Oregon suspect Shemia might be one of the bad actors. They have concerns as well about judges who seem to be ghosts on the internet.
Judges are elected. BUT in Oregon through what many see as collusion many Oregon judges are appointed by the governor in what seems to many a pattern of nicely timed merry-go-round retirements. “Incumbents” then have an easier time on Election Day.
In Oregon “Ghost Judges” for the most part, like Judge Wipper in the Sippel case, have almost no footprint on the internet. They are ghosts.
Then unlike Federal Judges or Oregon Supreme Court Justices, state judges are not required to provide a written decision, a statement, or their thought process as to why they rule the way they do. They wave, seemingly, a magic wand with “Yes” or “No”, that’s it, no explanation. It is why Wipper, seemingly, without a thought interrupted Joncus in his closing statement to tell him to hurry up, she wasn’t interested in seeing or listening to any of the details he was presenting to the juror. Which was Judge Wipper, both jury and judge.
What was the “shot heard round the world"?
“On the night of April 18, 1775, hundreds of British troops set off from Boston toward Concord, Massachusetts, in order to seize weapons and ammunition stockpiled there by American colonists.” (History.com)
Since the bad actors who continue to exist, who continue over and over again to subvert our Constitutions, since these bad actors saw over and over again, Americans are NOT going to give up their guns…did the bad actors switch from taking our guns to taking our votes?
Patrick Henry type patriot citizens of Oregon said not only “No, you’re not taking our guns”, they went to work, did the on-the-ground work, in many counties and precincts. Thus, these Patrick Henry patriots provided to attorney Stephen Joncus the ammunition to put into his gun, evidence for the the Tim Sippel lawsuit, and now the “Black Box Disenfranchisement” lawsuit.
The Power of the Pen is Mightier than the Sword. Using the pen to make Public Records Requests.
Reader's can read the lawsuit at Stephen Joncus' webpage:

“It takes a Village”, Hillary Clinton said. Oregon patriots said, “It takes an Army.” An Army of patriots hitting the streets with canvassing sheets, voter records databases, knocking on doors, arriving at addresses where no houses existed, documenting, etc.
Credit goes also to Marc Thielman in his help in writing the lawsuit to make it readable as required by the Oregon Constitution in Article IV, Section 21. Thielman ran for governor as the Superintendent of Public School for Alsea school district. Marc outsmarted Kate Brown, not only kept his school district open, kids mask free and vax free, his standing up to the Oregon governor, it generated a list of hundreds waiting to get in his schools.
Now Marc Thielman is coming for Shemia Fagan in 2024 and with the work patriots are doing, it will turn into a fair election fight at the ballot box in 2024.
Shemia ran for office in 2020 to be Secretary of State “To keep our Vote by Mail” system, the Black Box Disenfranchisement system intact.
Not to find out what Oregonians wanted but to keep the system the bad actors wanted?
Marc Thielman now runs to be Oregon’s Secretary of State.
Marc left the broken public school system to educate about that broken system, went on brainstorming tours with others who have been self-educating in the last two years on American history left out of our public school systems. The unintended consequence of what Kate Brown, Tina Kotek and Shemia Fagan did caused unafraid Patrick Henry type patriots to meet in person, to go mask free, vax free while educating themselves on American history.
For readers’ intellectual delight Joncus’ lawsuit is easy to read, so understandable, that history may dictate that this lawsuit be in public school, private school, homeschool and college classes on how the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights works in real time in Federal Court, in this case, the 9th Circuit Court in downtown Portland across the street from Pioneer Courthouse Square.

The suit
exposes there are bad actors in both major parties who wittingly and
unwittingly allowed and allow voter fraud to fester more and more unrestrained in America.
Senator Ron Wyden said on TV he was majorly concerned about this voter fraud in public committee hearings in 2018, but now Wyden is eerily silent on election fraud and manipulation. Wyden's concern the tabulation machines were “…a magnet for fraudsters and hackers” disappeared with the 2020 elections. Voters might want to vote for Jo Rae Perkins and get Wyden out of office.
Meanwhile bad actor Shemia Fagan sent her own “shot heard round Oregon” to Elections offices for County Clerks and Election Directors to create the biggest barrier they can to stop citizens from making and getting public records. A number of them did. Thus, one county clerk saluted Fagan, and wanted to charge, citizen Janice Dysinger, also plaintiff in Joncus’ lawsuit, almost $100,000.00 for one of her records request.
This "Black Box Disenfranchisement" Class
Action lawsuit includes:
“The Class is defined as all citizens of voting age entitled to vote in Oregon. This class consists of millions of people.”
From the lawsuit:
"Defendants purport to want free and fair elections, and they tell us that
our elections are free and fair, but their actions speak louder than words.
Shockingly, the very agents of the state and county governments that swear an oath to uphold the United States Constitution have encumbered, disrupted, obstructed, and out-right denied access of the people to public records, refused to investigate findings from election canvassers, and impuned the reputation of election integrity minded citizens.
These behaviors are consistent nationwide and encompass the highest levels of our Federal Government as President Biden named any citizen that “questioned the integrity of our free and fair elections is a threat to democracy.”
This rhetoric from the highest levels of government creates a separation between the government and the right of all people to be secure in their thoughts, their person, and their right to exercise free speech, seek redress of grievances with their government and their right to cast their vote in full confidence and in a manner consistent with their right of self-expression without threat of being dubbed a terrorist or any other moniker of division at the hands of the government or any government official."
The lawsuit is so beautifully written some think it should be submitted for a Pulitzer Prize.
