Oregon's Ghost Judges. Elected judges have no or little footprint on the Internet. Why? Judge Janelle Wipper, "...anyone who knows me knows I can't do Math to save my life.." is deciding an Election Case that uses a lot of Math.

In 2017 Judge Wipper as keynote speaker at a conference revealed, "...anyone who knows me knows I can’t do math to save my life."

Wipper described those in the lawyer profession as, "The stereotypical lawyer is male, white, either old or slick and is loud, aggressive, interested in money and winning at all cost."

Wipper described herself in that speech as struggling with "Imposter Syndrome", "...a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud...a feeling of incompetence."

At that time of the conference Wipper had been a judge for seven years.

Wipper's footprint on the internet was so faint her comment at the conference of having an Hawaiian accent was the first indication Wipper was not White. None of the numerous court watchers for the two day trial had any comment about her skin color, no question about her ethnicity. Wipper had no Hawaiian accent during the two day trial, and certainly not a Filipino accent.

The only confirmation found on the internet that Wipper is originally from Hawaii was on at the Secretary of State website. No information found as to when she moved to Oregon.

Wipper is deciding a "math" case as both the judge and juror of the Washington County vs Tim Sippel case she heard on September 20th and 21st, 2022.

In looking for case decisions Judge Janelle Wipper made, to review her critical thinking, logic, application of law process, her writing ability in her twelve years as a judge none could be found.

TPNW learned none could be found because there are none, that Oregon Circuit Court Judges don't write to explain their decisions, they seemingly with a Magic Wand tap Yay or Nay on case decisions?

Is that why Judge Wipper did not want to hear from Tim Sippel's expert on elections, Dr. Douglas G. Frank?

Is that why Judge Wipper interrupted Sippel's attorney Stephen Joncus' closing arguments, telling him to hurry up and just summarize his evidence exhibits?

Should her bias against older white men and her struggles with "Imposter Syndrome" move her to decide her best move is to recuse herself from the trial, call a mistrial and have another judge hear all of the expert witnesses who were set for the original case?

Tim Sippel with Elections Expert witness Dr. Douglas G. Frank at the September 20-21, 2022 trial in Washington County vs Tim Sippel case.

Inquiring minds want to know, will Judge Wipper take the honorable and right action, recuse herself and call a mistrial?
