MULTNOMAH COUNTY ELECTIONS DID NOT PREDICT THE HIGH NUMBER OF VOTERS WHO VOTED BY US POST OFFICE MAIL.
OREGONIANS WANT TO GO BACK TO IN-PERSON VOTING IN THE PRECINCTS, ONLY ON ELECTION DAY, SHOWING VOTER I.D., HAND
COUNTING, WITH DIRECT OBSERVATION BY WE THE VOTERS.
Shemia Fagan’s 2020 door hanger showed she was afraid Oregonians wanted to go back to in-person voting in their neighborhood precincts, and only on Election Day, where neighbors know each other and know the election workers.
Make precincts small enough, to make counting the ballots by hand, with observers from both major parties right at the tables, watching and listening.
Governor Kate Brown’s shut downs only shut down Oregonians who were afraid, others started meeting in person and built in-person communities again. Oregonians took their children out of the public schools to protect them. Numerous businesses stayed open and mask free.
The complex voting system full of MACHINES that can break down, at a minimum, along with suspicion by many that the vote is being manipulated by the Democrats, to carve out Democratic wins. But the evidence is NOT there, for a basic reason that voters are not IT (internet technicians) EXPERTS, they do not have the skills to prove software fraud in a court of law.
One of the hypothesis of the 2020 Presidential Election was fraud allegations, those investigations were conveniently hampered by the pandemic. Kate Brown violated the emergency law on March 8, 2020 in declaring her emergency, but Oregonians obeyed her illegal orders..
On average for the two years, out of a 4.2 million population, according to OHA (Oregon Health Authority) only 1500 died on average yearly (most elderly with chronic conditions). Some funeral homes TPNW contacted said they thought only 50% of that number were COVID-19 deaths. Then that brings it down to 750 on average for the two years. Neither figure is an emergency.
Why did Shemia Fagan’s door hanger put out the weekend before the 2020 presidential election look like she was running against President Donald J. Trump? And why was she running on the issue of healthcare. Neither of those are Secretary of State duties.
One can almost sense a whiff of panic looking at this Hollywood color glossy photo, a whiff of fear of what would happen if Oregonians said, “Enough of this…we are going back to voting in-person, only on Election Day, and we are having the ballots counted by hand with people standing around the tables, observers, candidates and campaign staff alike.
Back to the Future:
Oregonians go BACK TO THE FUTURE and elections do not have to be about “Who do you Trust”? Shemia Fagan? Shemia putting ethical Election Directors and Election Clerks into positions of “Who do You Trust” is also unfair since these folks are not IT experts either. Multnomah County Elections Director Tim Scott and his second in command, Eric Sample, were observed to be devoted to transparency and openness about the Election Integrity group watching and recording. Both are not IT experts, that’s not in their bailiwick, not in their wheel house.

Shemia can’t slough this off as “…no big deal….” It is a big deal.
The Multnomah County Election Integrity group took an hour and a half tour of the United States Post Office processing plant in Portland, Oregon, out by the airport. Election Integrity group has a member who worked closely with a US Post Office for six years. The group’s analysis is massive fraud is NOT going through this particular US mail facility processing plant.
The operation is too massive and operates at a break neck speed, similar these days to UPS (United Parcel Service), for anyone to congregate in some corner, sorting through ballot envelopes making decisions on which ballot envelopes to throw away, etc, was seen as NOT feasible in such a facility.
Observing Multnomah County Elections operation in action the same kind of break neck speed was observed.
They have checks and balances in place (as does the US Post Office processing plant) now including documenting when the US Post Office mail ballot envelopes are processed in.
Multnomah County Republicans has a team of observers overseeing the election process including some working on the Opening Boards in the basement. After signature verification of envelopes, they come to this room, are machine opened, the ballots taken out…where they go to these tables where they are unfolded, placed in numbered boxes to go upstairs to the Red Room for scanning.
When the votes are scanned in, they then go to the server in the Red Room. On Election night at 8 pm the server is unlocked to download the vote count to that moment which is then posted on the Multnomah County Elections website then sent to the Secretary of State’s office to be put on that website. Tim and Scott, of course, have no authority over Secretary of State Shemia Fagan or any of her IT crew.
The group’s observation is that Elections Director, Tim Scott, takes his duties very seriously, he has a lot of weight and responsibility put on him in overseeing the election process for the most populous county in Oregon. Often government employees are seen as hating their jobs. Eric Sample consistently over the years is a government manager who loves his job, loves the details, is most accommodating in the most pleasant interactions he has with the public.
Multnomah County Elections Director Tim Scott while surprised at getting 13,000 more ballots on Election Day then was predicted put on his casual clothes (on the left, head of that table) and joined the other workers in the basement unfolding and stacking ballots to go up to the Red Room to be scanned in and counted.
The manager over the basement boards, Gregory, had the same spirit of working and was busy at the machines that slit open the envelopes and removed the ballots (then they go to these tables). A storyteller by nature he’d help illuminate aspects of the election process through his storytelling.
The current election system is complicated and complex with machinery, monitors and computers. Tim Scott and his crew continually refine ways to explain and show to the voting public how the election process works.
The IT connection can never be explained, poll watchers cannot see inside the computers, nor travel along cyberspace as the tallies from Multnomah County go to Salem to be put into Shemia’s hands for her to be the only one to decide if an election is fair…and the IT connection in Salem with Shemia is simply unaccountable to the voters.
An expert witness on state government in Washington State uncovered and exposed the IT guys up in DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services) “unlocking” computer records so that managers could either delete them or edit them. This was in 2005 that DSHS and IT managers cavalierly and easily unlocked permanent records in the computer files illegally.

Shemia Fagan, Secretary of State having so publicly run in 2020 as though she was running for the presidency including running on the issue of healthcare has disrespected the government employees such as the ones in Multnomah County Elections with her cavalier snipes and snarky comments on her glossy Hollywood door hanger.
In doing that she disrespected all voters and all Oregonians by making her campaign about being a Democrat who was running against a president of the United States. The previous Secretary of State, Dennis Richardson, ran his office in a non-partisan fashion, ran his office in a good governance manner.
The IT oversight is unknowable and unseeable to the voting public. What the public can see is Shemia Fagan turning the Secretary of State’s office into a Democratic stronghold. With her unethical run for this office, the public cannot trust Shemia, and her IT crew who have access to the election computer software, and more likely than not if given a corrupt order would follow it as they did in Washington State.
The most transparent and fair decision to be made now is to return to an in-person, in precinct (small workable precincts), showing I.D. (even though neighbors usually know neighbors), getting their ballot there, voting there (at a neighborhood community center or school), depositing their ballot there…then the precinct workers count the ballots with lots of observers watching and listening.
Mail-in ballots go to absentees, with a valid reason for an absentee ballot, and the military, of course.
These boxes are ready to go upstairs to the Red Room to be scanned.
