Government Employees subverting Fascism on the Job
What Portland Media won’t tell Oregonians of how some government employees are telling the public, “Go ahead take that mask off!”
An Oregonian school bus driver talks to kids about the US Constitution and doesn’t tell them they must wear the mask. She has Pocket Constitutions that she has handed out to kids.
What the media also won’t tell the public is the whole handing out Constitution thing started in October 2016 through the Bundy et al trial of seven defendants who had made themselves at home in public buildings managed by the government that were empty and shutdown over the winter holidays.
Told by federal district judge Anna Brown that defendants may not and will not talk about the US Constitution the defendants carried and put the Pocket Constitution in their shirt pockets.
Told by Brown (ah, there’s another Brown) they could not speak about the Constitution, three defendants took the witness stand and talked about the Constitution.
All the defendants were found not guilty of conspiring to stop government workers from doing their job out in the desert when the bird refuge was not open for visitors.
At the Bundy et al trial it became one more exposing of the FBI, showing the FBI pattern one more time of using paid FBI informants to infiltrate a group. At the trial how many FBI hung out at Malheur was kept secret by the government prosecutors.
Because the seven defendants hung together, it caused their public defender attorneys to step up their game several notches, including the female attorneys Tiffany Harris and Lisa Mansfield who got on a plane, went out to Las Vegas to make sure a suspected informant showed up to testify in Portland. Nicknamed Fabulous Fabio by defendant Jeff Banta’s public defender the closing statement (one of the most amusing closing statements in federal trial history) in the trial, Fabulous Fabio had gotten into the refuge after the FBI had the place surrounded. Fabulous Fabio set up target practice, video taped it and it was shown at the trial.
Still unknown out of the 15 paid FBI informants said to have been involved in Malheur were several more FBI informant still kept secret by the government thus was a primary factor in the not guilty verdicts (beyond a reasonable doubt).
Duane Ehmer on his horse Hellboy on January 7, 2016, outside Burns, Oregon created an indelible iconic photo rated number one photo that year by ABC.
By 2018 in Portland, Oregon at Barnes and Noble at the Lloyd Center Mall at the cashier counter on a shelf were the most popular books that year included was the United States Constitution. The 2016 trial did that.
Even though the Portland media, like reporter Maxine Bernstein of the Oregonian, with her prejudicial mind set and in lock step with the government prosecutors and the judges, her reporting slanted in favor of government, the defendants won and in a grander scale then that reporter was able to see.
One day sitting amongst court watchers outside a courtroom on another court case, Maxine was able to call the judge on her cell phone, and he immediately picked up. That caused court watchers visiting with Maxine to see how chummy she was with the government. They couldn’t go in to see jury selection on the FBI vs Astarita trial, but Maxine was let in immediately after her call to the judge.
In spite of the regular government prosecutorial script, the Bundy et al defendants having gone outside that regular and well known script, they brought more truth into the courtroom in those six weeks, thus the jury returned a verdict of not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Now as the government sought ways to shutdown ALL Oregonians there are pockets of government employees skirting the illegal rules, knowing that Governor Kate Brown violated the Emergency Law since day one. Some school bus drivers know the US Constitution, Oregon Constitution, Federal Civil Rights Laws, and the Emergency Law she violated from day one in March 2020, ORS 401.165(5) and as more Oregonians self-educated they know that.
With the secrecy in the legislative sessions for the last two years, per the Oregon Constitution what they passed is null and void, moot, meaning it didn’t happen, thus some school bus drivers gently and indirectly school children on their rights.
