Emergency that Never was otherwise known as the Reason Governor Kate Brown NEVER talks about ORS 401.165 (5)?

Kate Brown WILL NOT talk about ORS 401.165(5)?

The Emergency that never was?

All attempts, to-date, to get the governor of Oregon to address Emergency Law ORS 401.165(5) failed including a public records request to the governor’s office on October 23, 2021.

What any government agency refuses to address that is, likely. where the truth most often lies. Occam’s Razor?

In the Administrative Rules process rules cannot be formulated that violate law.

In an executive order on June 25th Brown ended “all pandemic restrictions” including masking.

The appeals court on September 29th referred to Brown’s euphemisms as “non-mandatory recommendations”.

Since June 25th it appears to some Oregonians that Kate Brown hoped no one would notice and simply continue to believe her verbal edicts on television and in the Portland print media.

Truth in the Pacific Northwest is aware after two years some reporters are stressed and tired of the role they were cast in as simply being Brown’s publicity firm with reporters reduced to reading scripts. KATU 2 reported the outrage Oregonians feel towards mask free Kate Brown.

All attorneys and legislators contacted to-date like Brown have not responded to the ORS the governor violated from day one, March 8, 2020.

Senator Lew Frederick and Representative Tina Kotek, Speaker of the House, only respond to constituents who agree with them, whether they are non-affiliated, Democrat, Republican, Progressive or Independent registered voters.

Oregonians controlled by Portland corporate media resulted in such stress and trauma to many, Oregonians erupted in anger and outrage at the photos of Brown being mask free in Washington, D.C. where there is no law that anyone has to wear a mask.

Only five states still have their populations in such control that a majority wear masks.

What happens when a governor is asked about her "privilege?" Does the governor look upon the population of Oregon like she's their mother so as an adult she can make personal decisions for herself, but her children can't, they have to stay masked up, have to stay at home, are grounded from meeting up with friends and having a good time?

Is that the underlying dynamic in play in Oregon. Was the population as children indoctrinated by the public school system to obey authority, to the extent any government authority (like CPS) that comes knocking on their door or a governor that declared an emergency based on "14 presumptive cases..." of a virus they felt compelled to obey?

Her office responded with no comment.

More and more Oregonians are waking up to the game. Rules that violate law cannot be made and cannot be enforced. Brown’s hope she’ll be able to continue ruling by voice command comes closer to being over.

Many Oregonians are curious as to why Oregon legislators obeyed rules that weren’t law.
