John Horvick is a proud Minnesotan of DHM Research, LLC. DHM, reportedly a Portland polling company, made a RFP bid to Oregon Secretary of State (SOS) to bring election surveillance of Oregonians to Oregon in the spirit of Old Twitter, to monitor and suppress election discussion on social media for the benefit of the Oregon Democrat Party. Horvick did so in 2022.
TPNW put a spotlight on Horvick in 2022, in the Oregon governor's race. Horvick's "polling" methods lacked validity and reliability. Horvick is good friends with the Willamette Week, the Oregonian and OPB. Secretary of State's office contacted and the office stated the RFP is still open as of 11/8/23. Stated they knew nothing of U.K. company being awarded the contract. Oregonians have been calling the Oregon Buys department of SOS. His voice mailbox is full.

Oregon Secretary of State, LaVonne Griffin-Valade, it appears from her RFP to be looking for a Jack Dorsey clone in the vein of Old Twitter before Elon Musk took over and exposed the corruption and collusion with the Democrat Party via Twitter.
X is now a social media platform where all and any sides can engage in conversation. Elon Musk continues to add new features that is producing a viable public square for discussion and civic engagement. .
Oregon Democrat Party wants to bring back the suppression of news and conversation for the 2024 election as was done in the 2020 election via Old Twitter and Facebook. Bad actors always repeat patterns. Kate Brown tried to drop Monkey Pox on Oregon, but that failed. Now most Oregonians know that mandates are not law. What will Governor Tina Kotek try to come up with in 2024. Oregonians see the pattern pulled on them in 2020, and now have great distrust in the governor's office.
This bid and contract is not about assuring the voter that Oregon's MACHINES are "OK". It's to provide propaganda about government institutions if any citizen might have negative experiences with the government. 
Horvick was brought to Oregon by another proud Minnesotan, Kate Brown, former governor of Oregon. Hamas supporter Congressional Representative Ilhan Omar is from Minnesota.
Coming next from Minnesota to organize Oregon for the Democrats is Ken Martin, Vice-Chair of the DNC (Democratic Central Committee).

DFL Party (branch of the Democrat Party) in Minnesota, Ken saw success electorally, financially, and
organizationally. Martin has not lost a statewide election during his
time as Chair.
