Oregon's Secretary of State Shemia Fagan does not know the United States Constitution

Four separate Amendments in the United States Constitution – the 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th – even use the same powerful language to protect US citizens: “The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged . . . .”
Fagan wrote on the Secretary of State webpage:
“In January 2016 Oregon's voter registration law, Oregon Motor Voter, took effect.
Oregon Motor Voter is modernizing voter registration in Oregon by providing a secure, simple, and convenient way for more Oregonians to become registered voters.” (bolding the author’s)
The Secretary’s “…convenient way…” was brought into Oregon in January 2016.
The U.S. Constitution says “…citizens of the United States…” not citizens of Oregon.
A Marion County woman exposed an election problem in Marion County Oregon. Marion County Elections never answered her question as to why she kept getting sent ballots to vote when she was not a US citizen. Legal immigrants come to this country understanding the value and strength in the United States Constitution that generations of Americans do not know now due to the government public school system run by the teachers’ unions. This story is valuable because this woman has documents, it is not just her word.
2021 is the year United States citizens and legal immigrants across the nation peer into the election process that probably has not happened in one hundred years. Oregonians are meeting, talking, they are on social media including platforms that Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube CEOs cannot take down. The more corporate Tech America and mass media America (six corporations own most of the media companies) attack Americans and legal immigrants the more determined constitutional justice warriors get.
Most concerning in Oregon’s Secretary of State Shemia Fagan’s run for this office which morally and constitutionally should be managed in a non-partisan manner, but her campaign doorhanger made it look like she was running against the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
What many found appalling was the lie on Fagan’s doorhanger, that in spite of the numerous rallies Trump held that turned out hundreds of thousands of citizens from all political parties and legal immigrants, Shemia’s doorhanger said Trump did not want Americans to vote. An outrageous lie. Paid for by SEIU 503 Local. Many have a question in Oregon whether unions like SEIU and PAT, the Portland Association for Teachers, are the real candidates and not the candidates themselves.
U.S. citizens in Oregon, who are not experts in all the computer software programs, but can read with their own eyes, they see the Oregon secretary of state intentionally or not, is telling anyone living in Oregon on an official government webpage that they can vote. That puts a big distrust issue into the minds of Oregonians who are United States citizens and legal immigrants. Legal immigrants studying to become naturalized United States citizens see the value and strength of the US Constitution that the administrators of our unelected administrative government agencies give not a passing thought to in managing those agencies.
If Governor Kate Brown, Michael Wood of OSHA and Patrick Allen of OHA cannot read a mask box where China told all of America from day one that masks are not for viruses, many Oregonians feel like they are in some kind of weird One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest world. Ken Kesey who wrote that novel was an Oregonian.
Out of Oregon’s 36 counties how many county clerks and/or elections directors noticed the glaring US constitutional error Shemia Fagan made?
How many Oregonians in how many counties have formed groups who are now self-educating on the voting laws? There are ways mysteries can be solved without being the IT expert.
The more the government messes with those living in Oregon, the more the government hides by working from home and not working in the buildings the taxpayer paid for…not being personally present to talk to people in person…not answering telephones…the more “rules” the Secretary of State’s office made that were in violation of law…the more self-education Oregonians did to know that a rule cannot be made that violates law including the US and Oregon constitutions, federal civil rights laws and state emergency laws…the more determined the people regardless of political party or no party have become.
To Washington State Secretary of State’s website to their credit they made their main information tells Washingtonians they need to be a United States citizen to vote.
Washington State Secretary of State Kim Wyman is a Republican, but appears to manage her office in a more non-partisan manner as opposed to Oregon Democrat Shemia Fagan.
There is a trust issue with Oregon state government that must be resolved before the 2022 election.
