Multnomah County Elections has a Cut Ballot Problem. Another reason to go back to in-person, in-precinct, Voter ID, paper only, the tried and true Traditional Voting process for decades?

The extra long ballots in this Multnomah County election, the ballot envelope opening machines are slicing the ballots into two pieces. Three days before Election Day November 8th, workers scotch tape ballots back together (here on November 5th).

Cut damaged ballots are required to be put in single manila envelopes, writing on the envelopes the problem. The envelopes then go to the Red Room for the ballots to be viewed by two Election workers who scotch tape ballots back together. Will taped ballots go through the scanning machines with no problems?

With in-person, in-precinct, traditional historical voting only on Election Day, where the voter gets their ballot at the precinct after showing Voter ID, cut ballots would never be an issue.

Unknown at this time the total number of ballots needing to be scotch taped.

In Oregon mistrust with Elections is at an all time high in Oregon. Dr. Douglas G. Frank, Elections Expert, is seen as sensible, that as a successful strategy, he encouraged citizens to be helpful rather than attacking at County Elections offices.

Elections officials are given a manual to follow in setting up elections. They follow the manual, the "rules" like many government employees do. They are not I.T. experts.

Nefarious bad actors above them may be participating in shenanigans and possibly illegal maneuvers in violation of perhaps state law, Oregon Constitution, US Constitution and Bill of Rights laws. Oregon Secretary of State, Shemia Fagan, admitted in the September 20-21st, 2020 Washington County vs Tim Sippel trial, through her court filing, Fagan's voting machines are vulnerable to attack.

The other cultural characteristics of government agencies is the simple incompetence factor even with officials who have been elected by voters. Citizens see this in the legislature as well.

Some Multnomah County voters upon opening their envelope and pulling out the ballot, immediately, thought, "That's a long piece of paper, will it go through those scanning machines OK?" They hadn't even considered the envelope slicing machine. Looks like those voters had a good question.

If we the People are to take back their foundational government structures, we the People must show up and be observers at all the county election offices? Confident, assured, calm...just the facts kind of observers, keeping notes, photos and other documentation for We the People to review and assess.

2022 is a pivotal year in American history.
